You'll help turn ideas into action, create structure across multiple businesses, keep important projects moving, and create more capacity for the executive to focus on leadership, relationships, strategy, and growth. As you create systems, improve processes, and take ownership of increasingly complex initiatives, this role has the potential to grow into broader executive operations or Chief of Staff responsibilities.
