This role focuses on expanding adoption of generative AI platforms, model services, cloud infrastructure, and AI application solutions across high-growth customer segments.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li> Identify and develop new business opportunities across AI-native companies, startups, ISVs, and enterprise AI teams </li><li> Drive customer acquisition, pipeline generation, and revenue growth for GenAI, cloud, and AI infrastructure solutions </li><li> Build relationships with founders, executives, technical leaders, and ecosystem partners </li><li> Promote AI platform offerings including model services, AI infrastructure, data platforms, and application development solutions </li><li> Work closely with solution architects, product, and engineering teams to support customer needs and solution positioning </li><li> Develop go-to-market strategies for targeted AI verticals and emerging technology markets </li><li> Manage the full BD lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal execution </li><li> Represent the company at AI, cloud, startup, and technology ecosystem events </li><li> Track market trends across LLMs, AI agents, model deployment, AI infrastructure, and enterprise AI adoption </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li> 5+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, partnerships, cloud sales, or AI technology GTM </li><li> Experience working with cloud, AI, SaaS, infrastructure, data, or enterprise technology solutions </li><li> Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, AI applications, cloud infrastructure, or model deployment ecosystems </li><li> Proven ability to build pipeline, manage customer relationships, and close complex business opportunities </li><li> Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-facing relationship skills </li><li> Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders </li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li> Experience working with AI-native startups, ISVs, developer platforms, or enterprise AI teams </li><li> Background in cloud platforms, MaaS, AI infrastructure, GPU/cloud compute, or data platforms </li><li> Existing network within the AI, startup, VC, or cloud ecosystem </li><li> Experience supporting international or high-growth technology markets</li></ul>

Once a site is live, you own the projects that keep it running and improving - retrofits, upgrades, expansions, equipment refreshes, and the cross-functional coordination operations depends on. You are the single point of accountability for getting site projects done safely, on schedule, and with minimal disruption to live operations.Youll own projects end to end - scope, schedule, vendors, and budget - partnering closely with operations and facilities, engineering, and outside contractors.Responsibilities<ul><li>Own end-to-end delivery of on-site projects - deployments, retrofits, upgrades, expansions, equipment refresh, and decommissions</li><li>Plan and manage scope, schedule, budget, and vendors for each site project, keeping work on track within live-operations constraints</li><li>Partner with operations and facilities teams to sequence work around uptime, maintenance windows, and change-control requirements</li><li>Manage and hold accountable contractors, vendors, and service providers on site across the full project lifecycle</li><li>Own project risk: identify issues early, drive mitigations, and make the on-the-ground calls that keep projects moving</li><li>Coordinate with engineering and SMEs to validate scope and execution for technical site projects</li><li>Maintain project artifacts: schedules, budgets, risk and issue logs, change records, and as-built/closeout documentation</li><li>Provide clear status, risk, and milestone reporting to site leadership and program stakeholders</li><li>Drive site-level process improvements, runbooks, and standards that make recurring projects faster and safer</li></ul>Basic Qualifications<ul><li>3-5 years deploying and managing infrastructure, construction, facilities, or data center projects end to end</li><li>Site-based: able to be on site at a data center full time</li><li>Demonstrated ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and vendors with minimal oversight</li><li>Working understanding of data center or critical-facilities environments and how to execute projects without disrupting live operations</li><li>Experience managing contractors and vendors on active sites</li><li>Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills</li><li>Comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes in a fast-moving environment</li><li>Proficiency with project tracking and scheduling tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with new deployments, retrofits, upgrades, or capital projects in live data centers or critical facilities</li><li>Familiarity with commissioning, MEP, power and cooling, or structured cabling</li><li>Background bridging construction/deployment handover into operations</li><li>Experience having delivered a data center deployment or build</li><li>PMP or CAPM, DCD, CDCP, BICSI, ITIL Foundation</li><li>Lean or Six Sigma, or SOP / process-development experience</li></ul>Salary & Benefits<ul><li>Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity).</li><li>Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance.</li><li>Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms.</li></ul>The base salary range for this position is $220,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Job Summary:
Morley Moss, Inc. is currently looking for an Senior Estimator in the DFW, TX area under the PreConstruction and Estimating department. Prior Estimating experience in Electrical Construction or similar field is preferred. #morley #LI-Onsite #LI-SJ1 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 Include the following. Other duties will likely be assigned.<ul><li>Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.</li><li>Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.</li><li>Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.</li><li>Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.</li><li>Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.</li><li>Review contract and bid documents; review and understand scope for project turnover</li><li>Attend walk-throughs, pre-bid and scope clarification meetings</li><li>Quantitative take-off and computer entry</li><li>Prepare scope letters and proposals</li><li>Maintain relationships with customers, General Contractors, vendors and subcontractors</li><li>Ability to perform design/build, conceptual and budget estimates</li><li>Coordinate the efforts of junior and staff-level resources in performing take-offs, issuing bills of material to vendors and obtaining subcontractor quotes</li><li>Coordinate efforts with the Engineering Department</li><li>Ensure documents are centrally saved in the company’s drive within the confidential estimating folder(s)</li><li>Assist project managers with takeoffs and pricing changes in work</li><li>Escalate critical and/or sensitive issues to the Vice President of Preconstruction with recommendation for resolution.</li><li>Comply with all Company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs as established.</li><li>Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the company or as directed by executives.</li></ul>
