This role develops the frameworks, requirements, and readiness criteria that project teams use to plan and execute infrastructure T&C, and partners closely with Engineering, Asset Management, Commissioning & Corridor Optimization (CCO), Safety Certification, and Operations to ensure infrastructure is fully ready for revenue service.
