Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience leading facilities, utilities, or infrastructure in a manufacturing or industrial environment 3 -5 years of experience managing capital projects and contractors Strong understanding of plant utilities, building systems, and infrastructure assets preferred Knowledge of environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements related to facilities and utilities preferred Experience with sustainability, energy management, or water stewardship programs Experience in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing Project management certification or formal capital project experience Leadership experience managing technical or facilities teams Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The Facilities & Infrastructure Lead provides end-to-end ownership of the systems that enable manufacturing success-shaping infrastructure strategy, modernizing plant facilities, and leading meaningful capital projects that strengthen long term reliability and environmental performance.
