Requires a knowledge of the principals of electronics, electricity, electro/mechanical mechanisms; the operation of test and inspection equipment; and the ability to understand, interpret, and analyze all job-related documents such as drawings, wiring diagrams, engineering specifications and change notices, test procedures, etc. Balances workload and manpower to ensure that the finished product is inspected and shipped to the customer on time; making whatever adjustments are necessary to overcome delays and/or quality problems in the hardware assembly, wire assembly and/or software.
