To do this they send a Property Inspector to the physical property to take specific photos and to reasonably determine if the property is occupied or vacant. The property inspector then reports the general condition of the property using a mobile app.Mortgage Field Service Inspectors are Property Inspectors who:*Determine if a property is occupied or vacant.*Rate the property as Good, Fair, or Poor.*Take photos of the property using your smart cell phone.*Fill out a form on your cell phone using a downloadable app.*Answer multiple choice questions about the property condition.REQUIREMENTS:*Must be able to pass a criminal background check.*Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).*Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).*Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).*Must a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.INCOME and ASSIGNMENTS:Income-based on area and volume.Most inspectors can complete several inspections an hour.Rural areas may pay more per inspection on average.The faster inspections are completed, the more inspections are provided.Based on 1099 contractor work. CIVIL ENGINEER-IN-TRAININGLocation of Position - Langdon, ND$70k - $85KFischer Land Surveying & Engineering of Langdon, ND is seeking an Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our company.  Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering.    We primarily serve NE ND and NW MN but have also done work across the state of ND.  We have continued to grow our client base and projects over the past 28 years, striving to provide the most accurate and quality services for our clients.  We are a small company where every employee plays an important role.  We design open channel drains and have helped create 30 assessment drains in northeastern ND.  The advantage of working for a small firm is you get to take a project from conception to construction.  In addition, we do other engineering projects such as site design and layout for convenience stores, agricultural facilities and commercial buildings.Full-time  M-F. Wage depending on experience.  $70,000-$85,000 Primary Duties & Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage small to mid-size projects, client and contractor agreements and budgets.</li><li>Effectively write and prepare technical engineering reports, plans and specifications for construction projects.</li><li>Assist in field operations as needed; this may include construction inspection, survey and other forms of field engineering.  Oversee construction activities and compliance with construction documents.</li><li>Consult with clients and contractors to plan and develop strategies for their civil engineering design and support needs.  Provide general oversight with contractors and sub-contractors.</li><li>Gather field survey data to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, contours, etc. through the use of conventional surveying and GPS methods.
