Duties include verifying plan designs against new builds, span and drop replacements, risers, aerial installations, bonding and grounding of strand (messenger), proper installation of ADSS self-supporting fiber-optic cable, splice cases and cabinets, splitters and XWDM, underground installations (bores, vaults, and trenches), and MDU lockbox replacements. Five (5) years’ experience in construction, maintenance, and repair of outside plant (OSP) supporting telecommunications (Telephone, CATV, High-Speed Internet).
