To do this they send a Property Inspector to the physical property to take specific photos and to reasonably determine if the property is occupied or vacant. The property inspector then reports the general condition of the property using a mobile app.Mortgage Field Service Inspectors are Property Inspectors who:*Determine if a property is occupied or vacant.*Rate the property as Good, Fair, or Poor.*Take photos of the property using your smart cell phone.*Fill out a form on your cell phone using a downloadable app.*Answer multiple choice questions about the property condition.REQUIREMENTS:*Must be able to pass a criminal background check.*Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).*Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).*Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).*Must a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.INCOME and ASSIGNMENTS:Income-based on area and volume.Most inspectors can complete several inspections an hour.Rural areas may pay more per inspection on average.The faster inspections are completed, the more inspections are provided.Based on 1099 contractor work. No resume required.

We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer to support a manufacturing operation for an immediate need over the next 6 months. If you have experience in quality inspection, precision measurement, or CMM programming, we’d love to hear from you.

Shift: 2nd Shift – 5:00 PM to 1:30 AMDuration: Approximately 6-month assignment, may extend for the right candidateWe are currently seeking a Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer to support a manufacturing operation for an immediate need over the next 6 months. This position is ideal for an experienced quality professional with strong inspection and measurement skills.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Measure and inspect manufactured parts for quality and accuracy</li><li>Use precision measuring instruments including:<ul><li>Calipers</li><li>Height gages</li><li>Other standard inspection tools</li></ul></li><li>Read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints</li><li>Perform dimensional inspections to ensure parts meet specifications</li><li>Program and/or operate CMM equipment using PC-DMIS (preferred)</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Experience as a CMM Programmer using PC-DMIS highly preferred</li><li>Strong quality inspection background considered</li><li>Ability to accurately use calipers and height gages</li><li>Blueprint/drawing reading experience required</li><li>Manufacturing or quality assurance experience preferred</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Must be able to meet background check and drug testing requirements</li></ul>If you have experience in quality inspection, precision measurement, or CMM programming, we’d love to hear from you.You should be proficient in:<ul><li>Quality Control Experience</li><li>Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology</li><li>Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement</li><li>Manual Machining Skills</li><li>Blueprint Reading</li></ul>Machines & technologies you'll use:<ul><li>Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)</li><li>Calipers and Micrometers</li></ul>
