<p>Program Manager II – Utility Construction Services Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (hours may vary)</p><p><strong><em>Are you a strategic leader with deep construction expertise, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects, people, and public impact?</em></strong></p><p>The <strong>City Utilities Engineering</strong> team is hiring a Program Manager II to lead Utility Construction Services for the <strong>City of Fort Wayne</strong>. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing capital projects, construction operations, and coordination across public and private development.</p><p>What You'll Do Lead utility construction programs from planning through completion.
