Performance measurements: • Complete inspections within allocated target lead time and ensure priority inspections are completed ontime • Accuracy and correct defect characterization in NCRs and related ERP tasks (blocking stock, tasking, etc) • Ensure continuous improvement with a downward trend in quantity of NCRs detected after incoming inspection during the production cycle (non-functional issues only).
