We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector for our 2nd Shift who can accurately inspect machined parts, interpret engineering drawings, and support our commitment to quality and compliance. Proficiency using manual inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, gage pins, indicators, etc.).

Win-Tech, Inc. – Kennesaw, GA 30144 Full-time | Monday–Thursday | 4:15pm–2:45am (40 hours/week)Win-Tech, Inc. is an AS9100-certified precision machine shop located in a 20,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility in Kennesaw, GA. We support a diverse customer base, primarily in the aerospace and defense industry, producing high-precision machined components.We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector for our 2nd Shift who can accurately inspect machined parts, interpret engineering drawings, and support our commitment to quality and compliance.<hr/><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul><li>Review customer-supplied engineering documents (blueprints) to determine efficient and accurate inspection methods</li><li>Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using manual gauges and/or CMM equipment</li><li>Identify out-of-tolerance dimensions/features and report findings promptly</li><li>Provide accurate, timely inspection results, even under shifting deadlines and priorities</li><li>Perform basic calibration of inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators) using gage blocks or other calibrated tools</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace</li><li>Assist with other duties as assigned by the QC Manager</li></ul><hr/><h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>Knowledge of AS9100 requirements</li><li>Strong understanding of GD&T (including true position, concentricity, GD&T symbols, print interpretation, notes, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency using manual inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, gage pins, indicators, etc.)</li><li>Ability to determine appropriate inspection methods for accurate results</li><li>Solid understanding of tolerances and the ability to identify out-of-tolerance conditions</li><li>Strong math skills (decimals, geometry, trigonometry)</li><li>Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance</li></ul><hr/><h2>Education & Experience</h2> <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Prior inspection experience required</li><li>Prior CMM experience required (setup, running programs, interpreting results, verifying dimensions manually)</li><li>CMM programming experience is a plus (PC-DMIS CAD+ or CAD++)</li></ul><hr/><h2>Benefits</h2> <ul><li><ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AFLAC, and 401(k) (after waiting period)</li><li>Paid holidays after 90 days</li><li>Paid time off after one year</li><li>Competitive pay based on skills and experience</li><li>Stable schedule with three-day weekends</li></ul></li></ul><hr/><h2>Apply Today</h2> To learn more about Win-Tech and view our facility, visit: <a class="decorated-link" href="http://win-tech.net" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" target="_new">http://win-tech.net</a>No Recruiters: Recruiter emails will be marked as spam and reported as junk.
