In this role, you will lead the team responsible for final product testing, inspection, outgoing quality control, product release readiness, data quality, KPI reporting, and customer Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) support for electrical power distribution, protection, automation, and related electromechanical equipment. As the facility grows, this leader will help create the onboarding, training, KPI, and accountability model that allows employees with the right ownership, teamwork, and learning mindset to become strong technical contributors.
