Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and maintain schedule compliance while optimizing profitability.</li><li>Supervise all construction activities on homes from start to finish, including but not limited to pre-construction meetings, pre-drywall meetings, and final presentation meetings.</li><li>Negotiate solutions raised by inspectors and trade partners, ensuring cost-effective resolutions that support budget adherence and contribute to Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) by identifying efficiencies and best practices.</li><li>Manage daily trade partner communications and invoice approvals through Build Pro, ensuring timely notifications, workflow efficiency, and accurate payment processing.</li><li>Provide trade partner feedback to Lead Construction Manager concerning the trade partner’s timeliness and attention to detail, with significant bearing on trade partner relationships.</li><li>Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and adherence to State & Federal building codes to mitigate compliance risks and avoid potential violations. Maintain accurate safety logs, conduct regular on-site safety meetings, and proactively address any regulatory concerns to uphold legal and operational standards.</li><li>Perform Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan inspections as required by County, State & Federal guidelines. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.</li><li>Oversee the construction process, including pre-construction meetings, inspections, and final walkthroughs.</li><li>Manage documentation, including approving change orders, purchase orders, and safety logs.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer care, and management, to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.</li></ul>Your Toolbox<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred, or 3-5 years' experience in home building/construction.</li><li>Experience in residential construction management required.</li><li>Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Build Pro, Procore, and other construction management software, leveraging technology to streamline workflows, enhance project tracking, and improve overall efficiency.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a good driving record.</li><li>Valid auto insurance coverage.</li><li>Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and the ability to read blueprints.</li><li>Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. We cater to discerning guests seeking a unique and high-end experience, offering them impeccable accommodations, world-class amenities, and an unforgettable stay. Job Summary: A Housekeeping Inspector at Black Desert Resort is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This position reports to the Housekeeping Manager and plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and consistency of the resort’s housekeeping operations. Job Specification: Location: Onsite at Black Desert Resort Shift & Schedule: Year-Round Full Time Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.50/hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet the resort’s cleanliness and presentation standards.</li><li>Conduct detailed inspections of rooms after cleaning, checking for any missed areas or items that need attention.</li><li>Provide feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff to improve cleaning practices and standards.</li><li>Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inspections and follow-up actions.</li><li>Assist with training new housekeeping staff, emphasizing quality and attention to detail.</li><li>Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.</li><li>Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Support housekeeping staff with room turnovers during peak periods if needed.</li><li>Participate in housekeeping meetings and training sessions to stay updated on cleaning techniques and standards.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Director of Housekeeping.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
