<h2><strong>About the Opportunity</strong></h2><p>Dakota Plains Fencing is hiring Fence Installers for steady, travel-based work installing chain link and wood fencing on commercial and industrial job sites such as cell towers and substations.</p><p>This is a hands-on construction role with strong hourly earnings, paid travel expenses, and a consistent schedule that keeps you home on weekends.</p><p>If you like working outdoors, staying active, and traveling with a crew during the week, this is a reliable long-term opportunity with room to grow.</p><hr/><h2><strong>Pay & Compensation</strong></h2><ul><li>$20.00/hour base pay</li><li>Additional $11.20/hour travel pay when working out of town</li><li>Paid lodging while traveling</li><li>Daily meal per diem up to $30/day</li><li>$500 sign-on bonus after 90 days</li></ul><hr/><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><ul><li>Install chain link and wood fencing on commercial job sites</li><li>Work as part of a crew on construction and infrastructure projects</li><li>Travel out of state during the week for assignments</li><li>Load, transport, and handle fencing materials and tools</li><li>Follow safety procedures and complete installations to specification</li></ul><hr/><h2><strong>Travel Schedule</strong></h2><ul><li>Travel required 3–4 days at a time during the week</li><li>Home every weekend</li><li>Company vehicle provided for travel</li><li>All lodging covered by employer</li><li>Meal per diem provided for travel days</li></ul><hr/><h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2><ul><li>Comfortable with physical, outdoor construction work</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly during the week</li><li>Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work in a team environment</li><li>Experience towing a 30’ trailer is a plus, but not required</li><li>Must live in or near Rapid City, Hot Springs, or surrounding South Dakota areas</li></ul><hr/><h2><strong>Why This Role</strong></h2><ul><li>Strong hourly earning structure with additional travel pay</li><li>Paid lodging and per diem reduce out-of-pocket travel costs</li><li>Predictable weekly schedule with weekends at home</li><li>Steady workload with long-term opportunity and advancement potential</li><li>Work that stays active, outdoors, and hands-on</li></ul><hr/><h2><strong>How to Apply</strong></h2><p>Apply directly through this posting to be considered for the position.</p><br/><br/><br/>#hc237765
