This is an opportunity to lead a crew, showcase your expertise, and work on high profile projects. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Apply spray foam insulation in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring quality and consistency.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and direct crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to plan and execute daily tasks.</li><li>Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to building codes and safety regulations.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while following OSHA and company safety protocols.</li><li>Communicate effectively with project managers, and crew members to ensure smooth project flow and problem resolution.</li></ul>Working Conditions <ul><li>Work in a variety of environments, including outdoor and indoor job sites.</li><li>Perform tasks at heights, including ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms.</li><li>Navigate tight or confined spaces such as crawl spaces and mechanical rooms.</li><li>Lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.</li></ul>Qualifications Required: <ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in spray foam or insulation installation.</li><li>Proven leadership ability in a construction or technical role.</li><li>Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments, including heights and confined spaces.</li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Valid driver’s license.</li></ul>Preferred: <ul><li>Extensive experience with spray foam systems and equipment.</li><li>Knowledge of commercial and residential construction practices.</li><li>Prior lead or supervisory experience in insulation or construction.</li></ul>At Insul-Maxx you’re more than an employee; you’re part of a family!
