Why Join Us? <ul><li>Be part of a company with over 50 years of experience protecting homes and families in the greater Seattle area.</li><li>Make a difference every day by helping homeowners prevent rodent infestations.</li><li>Enjoy a positive team culture, complete with robust benefits and ongoing training.</li></ul> What You’ll Do: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Install drainage pipe inside crawl space and exterior of home.</li><li>Apply mastic to seal HVAC duct joints and wrap duct with insulation.</li><li>Install air baffles in attic and crawl spaces.</li><li>Clean-up work site and take debris to dump.</li><li>Perform work on weekends and evenings as needed to meet applicable deadlines.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>What You Bring: <ul><li>Strong customer service and communication skills—you’re the face of our company.</li><li>Ability to safely climb and work from ladders and lift up to 60 pounds.</li><li>Comfort working in confined spaces and at heights where pests may be present.</li><li>Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check, driving record check, and drug screening (marijuana not screened).</li><li>A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Job Description Your Responsibilities We are seeking a reliable and skilled Shower Door and Mirror Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. This position requires interpreting installation diagrams, ensuring precise measurements, and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment. Responsibilities: • Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day. • Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections. • Install and repair shower doors and mirrors according to specifications and safety standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly and efficiently. • Read and interpret installation diagrams to ensure accurate placement and alignment. • Use measuring tools and equipment proficiently, ensuring precision in all installations. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and job sites. • Perform warehouse-related duties as required. • Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned. Your Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum of 18 years of age. </li><li>If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required. </li></ul>THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION Travel Requirements Type of Travel Required: Local Out of town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites. Physical Requirements This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.
