Overview: Job Summary: In this role, the finance manager will partner with the Health Direct VP of Finance and divisional leadership to drive strategic decision-making, ensure accurate forecasting, and provide actionable insights to support growth initiatives and cost management while ensuring alignment with overall Health Direct objectives. Supervise the complex billing processes unique to LTC settings, which involves handling insurance claims, managing accounts receivable, resolving claim denials, and ensuring timely and maximum reimbursements from third-party payers like Medicare D and Medicaid.
