IM Solutions is seeking a Director of Operations (EOS Integrator) to drive execution, accountability, and alignment across all departments.

This role is responsible for translating the company’s vision into clear, actionable plans, improve operational efficiency, and lead teams to consistently deliver results. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a proven background in audio-visual systems and construction, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This position offers significant growth potential, including performance and leadership-based incentives that may lead to business ownership opportunities. Reports to: CEO/EOS Visionary Key Responsibilities:<h3>1. Operations Leadership:</h3><ul><li>Oversee and hold accountable all major functions including Installation, Engineering, and Service/Maintenance</li><li>Translate company vision into clear, executable plans and priorities (“Rocks”)</li><li>Ensure all projects and departmental initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget</li><li>Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and scalability across the organization</li></ul><h3>2. Accountability & Execution:</h3><ul><li>Maintain and enforce the company Accountability Chart</li><li>Ensure the right people are in the right seats</li><li>Hold leadership team members accountable to measurable KPIs and Scorecards</li><li>Drive completion of quarterly and annual goals</li></ul><h3>3. Team Leadership and Development:</h3><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop department managers</li><li>Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement</li><li>Resolve cross-functional issues and eliminate organizational silos</li><li>Promote strong communication and collaboration across all teams</li></ul><h3>4. EOS Implementation & Business Rhythm:</h3><ul><li>Lead weekly EOS Level 10 (L10) leadership meetings</li><li>Ensure consistent use of EOS tools and processes across the organization</li><li>Maintain Scorecards to track performance and drive data-based decisions</li><li>Identify, prioritize, and solve key business issues</li></ul><h3>5. Visionary Alignment:</h3><ul><li>Partner closely with the Visionary to filter and prioritize ideas</li><li>Balance innovation with practical execution</li><li>Maintain organizational focus and prevent distractions from core priorities</li></ul> Essential Duties You'll Need to Fulfill: This is a partial list.
