RESPONSIBILITIESThe responsibilities of the Director of Operations / Integrator role include, but are not limited to: Operational Leadership and Optimization<ul><li>Evaluate current systems, workflows, and team structure to identify gaps and opportunities </li><li>Observe day-to-day operations to improve patient flow, team efficiency, and overall performance </li><li>Implement solutions that create consistency, organization, and operational excellence </li><li>Lead the evaluation and rollout of key technologies, including EMR systems</li></ul>Systems, Structure, and Accountability<ul><li>Build and implement scalable systems, SOPs, and operational frameworks </li><li>Develop KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards to track performance and drive results </li><li>Implement and lead EOS, including facilitating L10 meetings and ensuring accountability </li><li>Define clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations across the organization </li><li>Train and hold the team accountable to processes and standards </li></ul>Leadership and Team Development<ul><li>Develop the organizational structure and support future growth planning </li><li>Coach leaders to take ownership of outcomes and lead effectively </li><li>Act as the bridge between the Visionary and the team to ensure alignment and clarity </li><li>Foster a high performing, people first culture grounded in trust and accountability</li></ul>Talent and Financial Oversight<ul><li>Build and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline and support hiring decisions </li><li>Partner with the fractional CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability while maintaining a patient first approach</li></ul>Growth and Patient Experience<ul><li>Drive execution of growth priorities and ensure the business is positioned to scale </li><li>Ensure a consistent, high quality patient experience across all touchpoints </li><li>Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and oversee key vendor relationships</li></ul> ** This is full-time, in-person position based in Shipshewana, IN. ** QUALIFICATIONSRequired:<ul><li>5 to 10+ years of experience in executive-level leadership roles (Director of Operations, COO, or similar), with a track record of building and leading high performing teams </li><li>Proven ability to drive accountability and oversee day-to-day operations within a growing organization </li><li>Demonstrated success scaling a small to mid-sized business, ideally to $15M+ in revenue </li><li>Strong experience building systems, SOPs, and operational infrastructure that support growth and scalability </li><li>Financial and operational acumen, including ownership of P&L and key performance metrics </li><li>Data driven and change-oriented, with the ability to implement new systems, develop KPIs, and lead teams through growth and transformation</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience scaling a business beyond $20M in revenue </li><li>Background in healthcare or a related service-based industry </li><li>Familiarity with licensing, franchising, or hub and spoke growth models </li><li>Experience with EOS or similar operating systems such as Scaling Up or Good to Great frameworks </li><li>Experience evaluating and implementing business systems or technology to improve operations</li></ul>Desired:<ul><li>Direct experience working within a chiropractic or functional medicine practice</li></ul> THE COMPANY – MIDWEST DISC CLINICMidwest Disc Clinic is a specialized, fast growing healthcare organization focused on non-surgical disc repair, serving patients from across the United States and Canada.
