This is a seat for a leader who wants their impact felt across the entire organization.RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will focus on relationships built on trust as you partner with founders and leaders to drive execution:<ul><li>Lead EOS with discipline so priorities stick and follow-through improves</li><li>Ensure L10s are strong, Rocks are clear, and leaders are accountable</li><li>Facilitate Quarterly and Annual Planning sessions to ensure strategic priorities are clearly defined and executed</li><li>Translate the 3-year vision into clear annual and quarterly priorities</li><li>Establish strong cross-functional cadence across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance</li><li>Ensure major initiatives have defined owners, timelines, and visible progress</li><li>Create a prioritization process so new ideas are evaluated before becoming commitments</li><li>Strengthen forecasting and inventory visibility to reduce surprises and protect margin</li><li>Build simple KPI dashboards that provide early indicators</li><li>Develop middle managers to own outcomes and lead confidently</li><li>Help leaders understand how decisions impact revenue and margin</li><li>Bring clarity across the product portfolio so resources and execution align with company priorities</li><li>Address root causes instead of repeatedly reacting to the same issues</li><li>Ensure founders have clear visibility into company health and risks</li><li>Sequence priorities based on capacity to reduce organizational whiplash</li><li>Hold accountability across the leadership team — including upward when needed</li><li>Facilitate healthy debate that leads to clear decisions</li><li>Partner with leadership and HR on succession planning and the development of a 3-year organizational roadmap aligned with growth targets</li><li>Evaluate opportunities for vertical integration to strengthen operational control and long-term margin</li><li>Implement a practical PMO structure so key initiatives don’t stall</li><li>Increase organizational focus and improve finish rates on strategic priorities</li><li>Support the company’s path toward $200M through operational stability</li></ul> ** This role is full-time, onsite based in Nashville, TN ** QUALIFICATIONSRequired<ul><li>3-5+ years in senior leadership roles with enterprise-level impact in a $50M+ revenue organization, including experience operating at or alongside the executive team</li><li>Experience leading leaders and developing middle management in a growing, entrepreneurial organization</li><li>P&L ownership with strong understanding of margin, cost of goods, and operational efficiency drivers</li><li>Proven track record of implementing KPIs and scorecards that drove measurable performance improvement</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional, organization-wide initiatives involving multiple departments and competing priorities</li><li>Direct experience scaling infrastructure, processes, and talent</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>EOS, Pinnacle, or similar operating system experience strongly preferred</li><li>Has partnered directly with visionary founders or entrepreneurial CEOs</li><li>Has served as an Integrator or second-in-command</li><li>Has helped scale an organization toward or beyond $100M in revenue</li><li>Small to mid-sized business experience</li><li>MBA or advanced business training</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>CPG, Manufacturing or product-based experience</li><li>Science or technical background</li><li>Startup experience or demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset</li><li>Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP certification, or similar process improvement credentials</li></ul> THE COMPANY – Vireo Systems/pH-D Feminine HealthVireo Systems/pH-D Feminine Health is a Nashville-based, science-driven health and wellness company with 135 employees and rapidly scaling revenue.
