ITnova is seeking a qualified and certified Lenel OnGuard Access Control System (ACS) Integration / Security System Integrator to provide comprehensive integration, maintenance, and ongoing support services for the San Francisco International Airport Lenel OnGuard ACS. The ACS is a mission-critical security system that controls and monitors access to sterile and secure areas throughout the SFO campus, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and airport security best practices.

Lenel OnGuard Access Control System (ACS) Integration ITnova is seeking a qualified and certified Lenel OnGuard Access Control System (ACS) Integration / Security System Integrator to provide comprehensive integration, maintenance, and ongoing support services for the San Francisco International Airport Lenel OnGuard ACS.The ACS is a mission-critical security system that controls and monitors access to sterile and secure areas throughout the SFO campus, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and airport security best practices.Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.</li><li>Work individually and in teams to diagnose and resolve application issues.</li><li>Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identify system faults.</li><li>Perform routine configuration changes (user permissions, application configuration, (etc.).</li><li>Document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system. </li><li>Produce quality technical documentation describing the conceptual and quantitative facets of system deployment, intended for both a technical and nontechnical audience.</li><li>Perform pre-deployment end to end testing of all system modifications and upgrades.</li><li>Perform on site installations of software upgrades and system modifications.</li></ul> Required Qualifications<ul><li>Lenel Certification for Lenel OnGuard Version 8.2 or higher.</li><li>Security Center, Avigilon Control Center, and / or Vidsys Enterprise.</li><li>BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or five years' experience with physical security systems.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Client environments.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li><li>Ability to write technical documentation tailored to a varied audience.</li><li>Working knowledge of Windows server and client hardware.</li><li>Knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.</li><li>Excellent problem solving, analytic, and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to pass criminal background check.</li><li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>SQL Server: Ability to install, perform basic administrative functions and create</li><li>Crystal Reports: Ability to create reports for SQL databases.</li><li>Microsoft certification: Windows and/or SQL.</li><li>Working knowledge of Windows PowerShel</li></ul>Benefits:  <ul><li>Medical, Dental & Vision benefits</li><li>Company paid life Insurance</li><li>401k</li><li>Paid-time-off</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Training reimbursement</li></ul>This position is onsite.   ITnova is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other protected characteristic.
