This role owns the performance of the business, including revenue growth, operational execution, and team accountability. Most importantly, they bring the experience, confidence, and leadership presence to elevate both the business and the people who drive it.RESPONSIBILITIESThe responsibilities of the COO / Integrator role include, but are not limited to:Operational and Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead day-to-day operations across the business, driving consistency, efficiency, and execution</li><li>Lead, develop, and hold the leadership team accountable for execution and results</li><li>Lead and align all core functions including sales, marketing, front office, and production, ensuring each area is driving toward shared revenue and performance goals</li><li>Serve as the primary decision maker for client escalations and complex issues</li><li>Establish operational rhythm, priorities, and standards that allow the business to run without daily owner involvement</li></ul>Financial, Legal, and People Oversight<ul><li>Own P&L responsibility and overall financial performance</li><li>Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis in partnership with the Controller and bookkeeper</li><li>Use balance sheets and cash flow to drive fact-based decisions and proactive solutions</li><li>Provide executive oversight of HR, benefits, and people related initiatives, including ICHRA planning</li><li>Oversee contracts, liens, and hiring agreements, engaging legal counsel when appropriate</li></ul>Growth, Brand, and Business Strategy<ul><li>Partner with ownership on strategic vision, long term planning, and growth priorities</li><li>Translate strategic ideas into clear plans, priorities, and execution across the organization</li><li>Lead execution of quarterly and annual plans, ensuring alignment and follow through</li><li>Oversee pricing strategy, product offerings, and profitability initiatives to drive both revenue growth and margin expansion</li><li>Provide executive oversight of brand and marketing performance, managing the fractional CMO partnership with a focus on ROI</li><li>Evaluate growth opportunities including new locations, M&A activity, and integrations</li></ul>Vendors, Assets, and Infrastructure<ul><li>Manage and evaluate key vendor relationships and vet new value-added partners</li><li>Oversee fleet and facilities management to support safe and efficient operations</li></ul>                         ** This is a full-time, in-person position based in Kenosha, WI. **  QUALIFICATIONSRequired<ul><li>5+ years of executive level experience in a role such as COO, President, VP, or General Manager with full business leadership responsibility</li><li>Proven success leading and scaling a $10M–$50M business, with direct responsibility for driving revenue growth to $20M+</li><li>Direct P&L responsibility with a track record of driving financial and revenue growth, including establishing accountability across sales and operational performance</li><li>Strong technology aptitude, including experience implementing new systems, software, or ERP platforms</li><li>Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies, with practical application in professional or personal use</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience</li><li>Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy while partnering with ownership at a strategic level</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>5 to 7 years of executive level leadership experience</li><li>Experience in home services, construction, trades, or similar B2C operating environments</li><li>Franchising or early-stage franchise experience</li><li>Experience leading multi location operations</li><li>Vendor management and supply chain experience</li><li>Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies</li><li>MBA or other advanced business degree</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Local to the area or within a reasonable commute, ideally 45 minutes or less </li><li>Experience operating within EOS, Pinnacle, or similar operating systems</li></ul> THE COMPANY – Yutka FenceYutka Fence is a family-owned fencing company rooted in decades of hands-on craftsmanship and local service.
