Requirements: Required Qualifications• 5+ years of IT support experience in a DoD environment• Experience with classified network environments (NIPRNET/SIPRNET/JWICS)• Knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting, repair, and configuration• Experience with audiovisual systems and training environment support• Understanding of SCIF operations and security protocols• CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent (preferred)• Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues• Must be proficient in the use of Power Point, Excel, Word, Access, (Outlook Microsoft Office Suite)Security: Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the position. Responsibilities:• Provide Tier 0/1 IT support for desktop and laptop PC troubleshooting and repair• Support printer, monitor, KVM switchbox, and peripheral equipment• Maintain hardware/software asset inventory tracking systems• Support enterprise user account management systems• Operate and maintain audiovisual and communications systems for training support• Support Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) tools and systems integration• Ensure enhanced situational awareness systems for command and control are operational.
