You shape the future of Rhoden Roofing by bringing alignment, strengthening leadership, and ensuring the business can scale with discipline to complexity, clarity, and consistency while maintaining execution.RESPONSIBILITIESThe responsibilities of the Integrator / COO role include, but are not limited to:Leadership & Team Alignment<ul><li>Build strong alignment between office, sales, and field teams to ensure seamless execution and communication</li><li>Develop and coach leaders to elevate performance, ownership, and team effectiveness</li><li>Ensure the right people are in the right seats across the organization</li><li>Establish clear expectations and drive consistency in communication and execution</li></ul>Operational Excellence & Execution<ul><li>Own and drive a predictable, profitable P&L through disciplined operational leadership</li><li>Build, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes across the business</li><li>Ensure consistency and alignment across departments as the company grows</li><li>Lead operational scaling across multiple locations while maintaining performance and quality</li></ul>Accountability & Performance<ul><li>Create and enforce a high-performance, results-driven culture</li><li>Develop and manage leadership scorecards, KPIs, and performance metrics</li><li>Hold leaders accountable to commitments and address performance issues quickly</li><li>Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly execution through EOS® disciplines (L10s, Rocks, Scorecards), ensuring priorities are met and issues are solved quickly</li><li>Create urgency and follow-through across the organization, ensuring commitments are completed</li><li>Identify bottlenecks in operations, people, or systems and take decisive action</li></ul>Vision Alignment & Communication<ul><li>Translate the Visionary’s vision into clear, actionable plans and priorities</li><li>Communicate direction and the “why” to ensure alignment at all levels</li><li>Lead and run EOS®/L10 meetings to drive focus, traction, and accountability</li></ul>Growth & Organizational Development<ul><li>Structure and evolve the organization to support continued growth and expansion</li><li>Attract, hire, and retain A-player talent</li><li>Address cultural misalignment quickly to protect and strengthen the organization</li></ul>Strengthening Visionary/Integrator Relationship<ul><li>Fully own day-to-day operations, and execution of the business</li><li>Act as the primary integrator of people, processes, and priorities</li><li>Challenge and push the Visionary when needed while maintaining alignment</li><li>Protect the Visionary’s time by ensuring ideas are prioritized and executed effectively</li></ul>This Role Is Not for Someone Who:<ul><li>Prefers strategy over execution</li><li>Avoids difficult conversations or accountability</li><li>Needs excessive structure before taking action</li><li>Is more comfortable in a corporate environment than a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business</li></ul> ** This is a full-time primarily on-site position (with occasional flexibility to work remotely as needed) based in Wichita, KS. ** QUALIFICATIONSRequired<ul><li>5+ years of experience leading and managing a leadership team or multiple departments</li><li>Demonstrated ability managing, owning, or directly impacting an organization’s P&L at $20M+</li><li>Successful history of driving organizational growth over a 3–5 year period through scalable teams, processes, and operations</li><li>Exposure to multiple industries (demonstrated adaptability, not siloed in one sector)</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Proven experience operating in a $50M+ organization or scaling toward that level</li><li>Background in trades, construction, home services, or a related industry</li><li>Working knowledge of (EOS®) Entrepreneurial Operating System or a similar business framework</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Experience supporting acquisitions and integrating new businesses into an organization (ex.
