Most importantly, they bring the experience, confidence, and leadership presence to elevate both the business and the people who drive it.RESPONSIBILITIESThe responsibilities of the COO / Integrator role include, but are not limited to:Operational and Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead day-to-day operations across the business, driving consistency, efficiency, and execution</li><li>Lead, develop, and hold the leadership team accountable for execution and results</li><li>Lead and align all core functions including sales, marketing, front office, and production, ensuring each area is driving toward shared revenue and performance goals</li><li>Serve as the primary decision maker for client escalations and complex issues</li><li>Establish operational rhythm, priorities, and standards that allow the business to run without daily owner involvement</li></ul>Financial, Legal, and People Oversight<ul><li>Own P&L responsibility and overall financial performance</li><li>Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis in partnership with the Controller and bookkeeper</li><li>Use balance sheets and cash flow to drive fact-based decisions and proactive solutions</li><li>Provide executive oversight of HR, benefits, and people related initiatives, including ICHRA planning</li><li>Oversee contracts, liens, and hiring agreements, engaging legal counsel when appropriate</li></ul>Growth, Brand, and Business Strategy<ul><li>Partner with ownership on strategic vision, long term planning, and growth priorities</li><li>Translate strategic ideas into clear plans, priorities, and execution across the organization</li><li>Lead execution of quarterly and annual plans, ensuring alignment and follow through</li><li>Oversee pricing strategy, product offerings, and profitability initiatives to drive both revenue growth and margin expansion</li><li>Provide executive oversight of brand and marketing performance, managing the fractional CMO partnership with a focus on ROI</li><li>Evaluate growth opportunities including new locations, M&A activity, and integrations</li></ul>Vendors, Assets, and Infrastructure<ul><li>Manage and evaluate key vendor relationships and vet new value-added partners</li><li>Oversee fleet and facilities management to support safe and efficient operations</li></ul>                         ** This is a full-time, in-person position based in Kenosha, WI. **  QUALIFICATIONSRequired<ul><li>5+ years of executive level experience in a role such as COO, President, VP, or General Manager with full business leadership responsibility</li><li>Proven success leading and scaling a $10M–$50M business, with direct responsibility for driving revenue growth to $20M+</li><li>Direct P&L responsibility with a track record of driving financial and revenue growth, including establishing accountability across sales and operational performance</li><li>Strong technology aptitude, including experience implementing new systems, software, or ERP platforms</li><li>Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies, with practical application in professional or personal use</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience</li><li>Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy while partnering with ownership at a strategic level</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>5 to 7 years of executive level leadership experience</li><li>Experience in home services, construction, trades, or similar B2C operating environments</li><li>Franchising or early-stage franchise experience</li><li>Experience leading multi location operations</li><li>Vendor management and supply chain experience</li><li>Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies</li><li>MBA or other advanced business degree</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Local to the area or within a reasonable commute, ideally 45 minutes or less </li><li>Experience operating within EOS, Pinnacle, or similar operating systems</li></ul> THE COMPANY – Yutka FenceYutka Fence is a family-owned fencing company rooted in decades of hands-on craftsmanship and local service. See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview: As a CAD Integrator on Mercury Marine’s Engine Design Engineering team you will be focused on large-scale assembly (LSA) management of outboard marine engines. In this role you will also drive the execution of mechanical component design through 3D CAD modeling with minimal supervision. Essential Functions: + Manage large-scale assembly (LSA): insert components into LSA in correct physical location with no assembly constraint errors when accessed by design team members. + Manage assemblies with multiple SKU's. Manage upper-level assemblies checked into Teamcenter for upstream / downstream customers to utilize. + Insert components into LSA in the correct structural location such that the correct components come up when the members of the Design Team open specific SKUs + Communicate effectively with cross-functional design departments to resolve space claim, packaging, and component interfaces, including presenting up-to-date large-scale assemblies in meetings + Perform interference/clearance checks and provide feedback to responsible component designers/engineers. + Create and maintain build-specific large-scale assemblies in alignment with Mercury Powertrain Integration standards. + Ensure proper modeling display practices (layers, mass properties, etc.) + Create and distribute updated PVZ files weekly or as required for non-Creo users + Learn latest 3D CAD modeling techniques and maintain efficiency with new software releases. In addition to large-scale assembly management, responsibilities may also include: + Mechanical component design and development using CAD modeling with PTC Creo + Develop component and assembly drawings utilizing applicable Mercury specifications and proper GD&T. + Create all types of supporting CAD files to determine form, fit, and function: solid modeling parts, drawings, working with assemblies, layouts, overlays, and motion envelopes. + Work with manufacturing and/or suppliers to optimize design features for manufacturability and/or ease of assembly. + Maintain a technical knowledge of manufacturing and design practices to guide and develop component optimization. + Perform Drawing releases, Quote submissions, Change Proposals Requests, BOM changes, and Shop Build Orders for prototype parts. Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certainskillsets/experiencesare necessary; however, others can be developed along the way. Required Qualifications: + Associate’s/Technology degree with emphasis in mechanical design + 8+ years of related experience + Proficient in PTC Creo solid modeling, drawing creation, and assembly techniques (Advanced Simplified Reps, Skeletons and Mechanism Constraints) + Demonstrated large-scale assembly management experience + Working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter PLM software and IPEM Integration for Creo + Proper working knowledge and application of GD&T. Preferred Qualifications: + 10+ years experience in PTC Creo modeling + 5+ years experience in engine design + Experience with marine propulsion systems or boating in general + Component design and development experience + Basic understanding and experience with internal combustion engines + Engine layout experience The anticipated pay range for this position is $72,000 - $115,300 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus program. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
