The Senior PeopleSoft Security Analyst must be a hands-on technical expert capable of independently reviewing and resolving complex PeopleSoft security issues, strengthening access controls, protecting sensitive employee and payroll data, supporting audits, improving security reporting, and proactively identifying and remediating security risks across PeopleSoft environments. Strong hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft security administration, HCM and FSCM security, roles and permission lists, Query Manager, Query Access Groups, row-level security, PII protection, access reviews, security reporting, and audit compliance.
