You must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-13 level in the Federal service that included performing at least 4 of the following: Leading or supervising a team of analysts or professional staff (includes activities like assigning work, evaluating performance, developing employees, and addressing conduct concerns); Reviewing, preparing, and submitting staffing-related documents to a servicing Human Resources office (such as personnel action requests, job opportunity announcements, selection packages, or supporting documentation); Utilizing human resources staffing practices or procedures to support personnel actions (such as promotions, reassignments, details, career ladder promotions, selections, or other staffing-related actions); Providing guidance, coordination, or technical direction to others on administrative, staffing, or program-related work, (includes activities like setting priorities, reviewing work products, tracking assignments, or supporting completion of team deliverables); and. If so, submit all of the following: A copy of your RIF separation notice, notice of proposed removal for failure to relocate, notice of disability annuity termination, or certification from the National Guard Bureau or Military Department that you are eligible for disability retirement; A copy of your SF-50 "Notification of Personnel Action, documenting your RIF separation, noting your positions, grade level, and duty location, and/or Agency certification of inability to place you through RPL, etc.
