Knowledge of a comprehensive range of intelligence research methods, techniques, and practices and advanced analytical principles, concepts, and methods used to identify and analyze complex multi-source intelligence information to produce detailed cyber intelligence capabilities and cyber threat assessments, identify cyber-related intelligence deficiencies, and advocate for customers cybersecurity requirements. Applies knowledge of acquisition and IC cyber collection, analysis and production capabilities--to include awareness of the variety of intelligence databases, collection management processes, requirements management systems, IC roles and responsibilities, online intelligence documentation, and new intelligence technology developments--to ensure program cyber threat requirements are identified, as well as recommends solutions for recognized gaps.
