The Management Internship is a 12-week PAID hands on training experience at our McKenzie Distribution Center.  If selected for the Program, you will be placed in one of our departments to work directly with an experienced management team.  They will teach you the necessary skills to be successful with Menards.You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the following areas:<ul><li>

In this dual-function role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment at our front desk while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company databases. This internship offers hands-on experience in office management, professional communication, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Reception Visitor Management: Greet and assist all guests, clients, and vendors in a professional, courteous manner. Communication Hub: Answer and route incoming phone calls using a multi-line system, taking clear and accurate messages. Data Entry & Administrative Support Data Entry: Enter accounts payable invoicing in accounting software for payment. Digital Filing: Scan, organize, and file physical documents into digital storage system (Sharepoint.) Reporting: Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports, account reconciliations & service invoices. Qualifications & Skills Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).  Technical Skills  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Sharepoint) Typing Proficiency: Accurate typing skills  Soft Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion. Strong multitasking and time-management abilities. Working Conditions Hours: Typically a part-time or full-time schedule (e.g., 20–40 hours per week) during standard business hours. Environment: On-site office setting with frequent in-person interactions. Powered by JazzHR
