Acts as official representative to City departments, City Managers Office, elected officials, and outside agencies; explains, justifies, and defends programs, policies, and activities; and negotiates and resolves significant, sensitive, and controversial issues. Administers and manages the programs and initiatives of the youth success division within the Department of Human Services, including but are not limited to, the NXT Level Youth Opportunity Center, Project Worth, Ambassador Summer Internship program and three commissions.
