Working closely with the Director of the Mussafer Internship Initiative and campus partners, this position helps design and manage student-facing programs, engagement strategies, and operational processes that expand access to meaningful, mentored internship experiences. The position also contributes to event coordination, employer and alumni engagement support, and the collection and analysis of participation and outcomes data to inform continuous improvement and demonstrate the impact of the Initiative within Tulane's broader applied learning ecosystem.
