In addition to the DI Director duties, assist with other FNS educational opportunities to possibly include ongoing education opportunities for our RD community, conference planning and presentations, continuous review of our orientation program for new hire RDs, creating modules on using MatrixCare for new RDs and dietetic interns, teaching ServSafe Manager to all FNS employees, Pineapple Academy and working with the regional RDs on clinical projects and updates (malnutrition initiative, nutrition support, etc.). These responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Development of policies and procedures for effectively managing all components of the program and to ensure fair, equitable and considerate treatment of prospective and enrolled students/interns (such as program admission, retention, and completion policies).
