Duties will include maintaining hard surface floors, including sweeping, mopping, and refinishing; maintaining carpets, including vacuuming and shampooing; cleaning and maintaining buildings, including emptying waste baskets, dusting, upholstery cleaning, making minor repairs, and replacing light bulbs and tubes; cleaning and disinfecting restrooms; ground maintenance, including cleaning windows, trash collection, and snow removal; event set up and moving services; monitoring building safety and property; and other duties as assigned. Changes of Temperature, Chemical Hazards, Exposure or Potential Exposure to Blood/Body Fluids, Exposure to Dust, Exposure to Noise, Extreme Cold, Extreme Weather Conditions (wind, rain, snow, humidity), Vibrations, Walking/Standing on rough or uneven surfaces (gravel, rocks, etc), Walking/Standing on wood, metal or concrete, Work in narrow aisles/passageways, Working Around Machinery Please describe, in more detail, any of the conditions checked above.
