The role will troubleshoot Windows and Mac environments, mobile devices, and basic network and telecom issues while engaging with executives and staff. The technician will manage reimages, data migrations, and remote problem solving, ensuring exemplary customer service and timely resolution. This position requires local travel between locations and consistent onsite presence Monday through Friday.</p><p> </p><p><em>This is a contract to hire opportunity.
