<div><p style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:110%">Tyto Athene is searching for a <strong>Desktop Support Level II</strong> at Warner Robins, GA. This is a complex, multi-year contract to support the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) Information Technology (IT) Services.</p></div><div style="font-size:4px"> </div><div> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</div><div><ul><li>Provide support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware. </li><li>Perform configurations, installations, diagnostics, upgrades, repairs and preventive maintenance of personal computer products and peripherals </li><li>May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. </li><li>Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties. </li><li>Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems. </li><li>Maintain currency and highest level of technical skill in field of expertise.</li></ul></div>

Qualifications:
<p style="line-height:110%;background:white;margin:12pt 0in 9pt 0in"><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li style="line-height:normal">Experience managing network modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity</li><li style="line-height:normal">Experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent (IT Support, IT Tech, etc.)</li><li style="line-height:normal">Capabilities needed to deliver in-person and remote IT aid.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Fantastic installation, diagnostic, upgrade, and restoration abilities.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Excellent vertical and lateral thinking.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Superb time management skills.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Clear written and verbal communication.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Forbearing, flexible, and supportive</li><li style="line-height:normal">On site support at Robins, GA</li><li style="line-height:normal">Active Comp TIA IAT Level II certification; i.e. SecPlus+ certification.</li></ul><p style="line-height:110%;background:white;margin:12pt 0in 9pt 0in"><strong>Clearance:</strong></p><ul><li style="line-height:110%">Active DoD Secret clearance</li></ul><p style="line-height:115%;margin:12pt 0in 6pt 0in"><strong>Travel Required:</strong></p><ul><li style="line-height:normal">Minimal, less than 10% </li></ul>

The salary range for this position is typically between $25-$26/hr.
