About the Role: Leonardo Internship Opportunities in the manufacturing industry provide a unique platform for aspiring professionals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Interns will be involved in various projects that contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of manufacturing processes. This role is designed to foster learning and development, allowing interns to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. By collaborating with experienced professionals, interns will gain insights into industry best practices and innovative manufacturing techniques. Ultimately, this internship aims to equip candidates with the skills and knowledge necessary to launch a successful career in manufacturing. Full time and part time positions exist throughout the calendar year in the following disciplines: • Industrial • Marketing • Mechanical Design • Optical • Electrical • Test • Product Development This is a paid Spring/Summer undergraduate and graduate opportunity. Required Skills: • Must be enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related engineering field. • Interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures. We are committed to our employees and providing an inclusive work atmosphere that allows our talent to grow both personally and professionally.Position Summary: Responsible for the research, design, implementation, maintenance, and the secure and reliable operation of Paragon Space Development Corporations information systems in support of its business needs.Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer incoming Service Desk calls and provide first response for users requiring assistance.</li><li>Track issues from start to resolution via ticketing system.</li><li>On-Site Position.</li><li>Must have a valid driver license and be able to travel to multiple sites.</li><li>Ships out company managed computer equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoots and fixes company printers.</li><li>Assists with application deployments</li><li>Maintain physical inventory.</li><li>Assists and maintains technical documentation and desk instructions.</li><li>Assist in computer vulnerability protection and remediation.</li><li>Assist in maintaining corporate email accounts and distribution lists.</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.</li><li>Images computers for employees.</li><li>Setup or removal of accounts, telephony, and hardware for personnel.</li><li>Install configure and troubleshoot client software applications.</li><li>Troubleshoot client hardware.</li><li>Troubleshoot Windows 11 and application issues.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Associate's degree in computer related field or equivalent work experience or 3+ years of hands-on technical support experience.</li><li>A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) are recommended.</li><li>Advanced Knowledge of Windows 10 desktop environments.</li><li>Intermediate experience with Active Directory.</li><li>Basic understanding of Group Policy</li><li>Intermediate networking troubleshooting knowledge.</li><li>Network printer support experience.</li><li>Must have a teamwork approach to work but also act independently to solve problems when necessary.</li><li>Ability to work in complex, diverse environment with rapidly changing priorities.</li><li>Basic understanding of IT Security best practices.</li><li>Must have a valid driver license.</li><li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li style="color:black;background:white">1 to 3 years' experience with providing desktop support within a corporate environment</li><li style="color:black;background:white">CompTIA Network +, A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)</li><li style="color:black;background:white">Demonstrated knowledge of imaging software and imaging workstations</li><li style="color:black;background:white">Experience with Active Directory</li><li style="color:black;background:white">Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure</li></ul>
