Works collaboratively with campus, market and system leadership, other executives, physicians and facility department leadership to help improve operational and financial performance, including improved labor productivity, cost management, revenue capture, improved clinical, quality, patient experience and team member engagement outcomes measures. Assists the COO/Administrator in the development of long and short range operational and strategic plans which may include service demand analysis, resources availability analysis, productivity and cost benefit analysis of service and staff expansions.
