To assist the Director of Sales, and Sales & Catering team in day-to-day operations of the Sales Department while gaining hands-on experience in hotel sales and events.This internship provides exposure to data entry, reporting, client communications, and general office operations.Ideal candidates are motivated self-starters pursuing a career in hospitality sales, marketing or events.### Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer phones, general questions and direct leads/calls to appropriate team member.</li><li>Data Management: Uploading and tracking client lists and mailings, etc.</li><li>System Management: DELPHI, SALESFORCE, MS OFFICE.</li><li>Process monthly and quarterly sales reporting.</li><li>Assist Sales Team in completing monthly group pickup and revenue.</li><li>Utilize SMS to track client stays and special requests; complete monthly reporting.</li></ul>## The Offer
