Recruit students for the athletic bands and fine arts areas, regularly contacting prospective students through a variety of platforms, setting up and attending area school visits, helping to coordinate college visit days, and working in tandem with the college admissions and marketing offices for recruitment efforts.xa0 The Director of Career and Internship Services will demonstrate career advising expertise in work with both individual and groups regarding the job search process, career planning, job search strategies, resume development, internships, career aptitude, professionalism, image coaching and branding, networking, and assessing individual skills, aptitudes and values.
