Qualifications: • Ability to read blueprints, construction documents, analyze and interpret building codes • Ability to coordinate with municipalities, suppliers, contractors, customers and internal team members to discuss and document requirements/changes • Address concerns and provide timely project updates • Ability to motivate suppliers and trade partners to deliver and produce quality work within tight timeframes while managing multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to Inspect work in progress along with completed work. • Monitor project schedules, budgets, change orders, billings and prepare reports • Collaborate with project management to plan and develop project schedules • Deliver construction project team progress and deadline updates • Familiarity with, production tracking, quality control, punch list and project close out procedures • Other related tasks as assigned.
