This hands-on role is designed for those without prior experience, providing a valuable opportunity to learn in an industrial environment. Previous interns have worked on various projects within one of our facilities including: <ul><li>Assist operators in the operation of plant equipment and machinery, routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment</li><li>Monitor and record operational data and report any abnormalities.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.</li><li>Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.</li><li>Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge required for the role.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.</li></ul>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) <ul><li>Currently enrolled in a technical or vocational program related to manufacturing, industrial operations, maintenance, or a similar field.</li><li>Willingness to work in an industrial environment which includes working both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather</li><li>Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship</li></ul> Physical Requirements <ul><li>Climbing stairs, ladders, and working at heights up to 120ft.</li><li>Low work including kneeling/squatting</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Push and pull up to 75lbs</li><li>Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas</li><li>Ability to be medically approved to participate in the respiratory protection and HAZWOPER programs</li><li>Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, as you're available outside of academic commitments.</li></ul>What Will Put You Ahead <ul><li> Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting or previous military experience. </li></ul>This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.  During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers.
