Desktop Technician Intern Launch Your IT Career with Hands-On Helpdesk Experience We’re looking for a motivated Desktop Technician Intern to join our team and gain real-world experience in client support, troubleshooting, ticketing, workstation support, documentation, and service delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to grow a career in IT support, desktop services, systems administration, managed IT services, or technical operations. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced Helpdesk Technicians and technical team members to help clients resolve technology issues quickly, professionally, and accurately. You’ll get exposure to client-focused IT service workflows, ticketing systems, workstation environments, Microsoft technologies, and the tools and processes that support a high-performing managed IT services team. This mirrors the structure and tone of the NOC role while adapting the responsibilities from the Desktop Technician Intern description. What You’ll Do As a Desktop Technician Intern, you’ll support day-to-day client service operations and help the team deliver excellent technical support across client environments. The objectives of the Nonprofits Administration Internship are to: Learn skills that translate to all non-profits and for-profit businesses, including employee management, business administration, marketing, grants/contracts, and social media. IINE Language Services serves IINE programs, community partners, and commercial clients through in-person and remote interpretation, over-the-phone support, and document translation in over 300 languages.

The International Institute of New England is a 501(c)(3) non-profit serving refugees and immigrants in Boston, MA, Lowell, MA, and Manchester, NH. The Institute offers internships to students, graduate students, and recent graduates with demonstrated interest or experience in supporting refugee, asylee, and immigrant populations. Each internship includes an educational component, through which interns contextualize their experience and reflect on their service. Interns can also expect to spend some time each week supporting their office's front desk, assisting the Office Manager and learning to better navigate the services at the Institute.All internships are unpaid and correspond roughly with the US semester system:Summer Internship: June 1, 2026 through August 28, 2026
