Must be able to organize large amounts of data and pull key information out of the data. We label the inventory and place the inventory in the right place. This is NOT in a client's Warehouse but on a Contactor site. Performs all duties necessary to ensure that the ordering and receipt for perpetual inventories is completed within hospital guidelines and parameters of the Materials Management information system. Works closely with managers, directors, and vice-presidents to conduct and analyze their annual physical inventories.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provides support and service to managers, directors, and vice-presidents to conduct physical inventories in their departments. This includes but is not limited to the building of count sheets, test counts, pricing and valuation of inventoried items.</li><li>Responsible for organizing, conducting, and reporting routine cycle counts for the perpetual inventory.</li><li>Accountable for the number, frequency, and appropriateness of all inventory debits, credit, and adjustments.</li><li>Uses research and analytical skills to study and do reporting on supply trends at the facility or department level.
