TempExperts is seeking an Inventory Specialist for a growing healthcare technology organization in Grand Junction, Colorado. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, equipment preparation, shipping and receiving activities, and supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Receive, organize, track, and distribute inventory, equipment, and supplies.
	</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
	</li><li>Prepare, inspect, clean, and test equipment for distribution and return to inventory.
	</li><li>Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and pickups with carriers and internal teams.
	</li><li>Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
	</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
	</li><li>Support general warehouse, logistics, and operational activities as assigned.
</li></ul>Requirements/Education:<ul><li>12 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or distribution.
	</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
	</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
	</li><li>Basic computer proficiency and experience working with inventory systems.
	</li><li>Ability to safely lift and move up to 70 pounds with or without assistance.
	</li><li>Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
	</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
	</li><li>Experience with warehouse management systems, ERP systems, medical equipment, or regulated inventory preferred.
	</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
