Job Summary: The Inventory Specialist will be an important part of the inventory program They will oversee the processes and procedures for the designated program and should be familiar with working with a large-volume, small-part inventory. Must be able to organize large amounts of data and pull key information out of the data. A continuous improvement mindset will be important in finding the right candidate for this position. You will keep track of all the Inventory the Contractors use to run the WIFI Cable to bury the fiber. (Material such as splitters, construction material, vaults(protecting electrical wiring) markers, etc...) on a Contractor site. We label the inventory and place the inventory in the right place. This is NOT in a client's Warehouse but on a Contactor site. It's Buildings on a lot, some do have small warehouses with a couple of dock doors. Unpackage, sort and stage units for production. Receive units using RF handheld devices. Maintain accurate inventory. Perform cycle counts and audits per company policies and procedures. May perform duties as assigned by the supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to prioritize workflow. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and work outdoors for long periods of time. Flexibility in schedule. Computer and excel skills a plus.

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Inventory & SOX Compliance Analyst to support supply chain operations within a regulated aerospace environment. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, executing SOX controls, supporting audits, and driving compliance across procurement-to-pay and inventory processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong ERP experience, audit/compliance knowledge, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:
*	Coordinate and oversee cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes across warehouse and production environments
*	Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
*	Ensure accurate inventory transactions and data integrity within ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
*	Execute and document SOX controls related to inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes
*	Support internal/external audits, including documentation, walkthroughs, and evidence gathering
*	Monitor compliance with aerospace regulatory standards (AS9100, FAA, ITAR/EAR) and internal policies
*	Develop and deliver training on controls (RCM, IPE, SOD) and ensure site-level adherence
*	Partner with IT and site teams to evaluate segregation of duties and implement control improvements

Required Qualifications:
*	Bachelor"s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field
*	5+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, or SOX compliance
*	Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
*	Strong understanding of SOX controls, audit processes, and internal control frameworks
*	Experience analyzing inventory accuracy, variances, and reconciliation processes
*	Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with Finance, Operations, and IT
* Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required.
