This is your chance to join a fast-paced, thriving company where expertise and enthusiasm shine every day!Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure accurate tracking, storage, and handling of cannabis and related products in compliance with industry regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies.</li><li>Work closely with Inventory to monitor stock levels to maintain product availability and communicate the need for reorders.</li><li>Support receiving processes, including product labeling and shelving.</li><li>Implement and uphold all inventory control procedures in alignment with company policies.</li><li>Collaborate with purchasing teams to streamline supplier relations and restocking timelines.</li><li>Act as the go-to expert on inventory management practices, offering guidance and support to team members.</li><li>Maintain compliance with all cannabis-related regulations and company guidelines.</li><li>Assist the operations team in achieving store goals and contribute to overall operational success.</li><li>Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and regulations influencing inventory processes.</li><li>Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>Must have a minimum of 2 years of dispensary or retail inventory experience. </li><li>Previous experience in inventory management, retail operations, or a similar role.</li><li>Knowledge in cannabis </li></ul> Skills & Knowledge:<ul><li>Deep understanding of cannabis strain varieties, their medicinal benefits, and associated laws. </li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. </li><li>Proficiency in retail technologies and point-of-sale (POS) systems. </li><li>Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data, track trends, and implement data-driven decisions. </li></ul> Job Type: Full-time, 8-hour shift, Pay: $20-$23 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vacation hours</li><li>Discount on products</li></ul> Disclaimer:Off the Charts is an equal employment opportunity employer.
