This role is critical to protecting company profitability, technician efficiency, and operational excellence across our entire fleet and inventory systems. Position Overview The Inventory Control & Fleet Manager is responsible for enforcing Pro-Serv standards across: Company inventory systems Technician van stock Warehouse organization Fleet readiness and compliance Asset tracking and accountability You will own the systems that keep our technicians productive and our company profitable. If inventory accuracy, organization, and operational discipline matter to you — this role will fit. If you prefer reactive environments or loose structure — it will not. Core Responsibilities Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory across all warehouses and service vehicles Enforce inventory procedures and SOPs company-wide Perform scheduled and random inventory audits Track inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions Ensure parts are properly received, labeled, and tracked Monitor inventory usage trends and loss prevention Work closely with Parts Manager and Operations leadership Fleet Management Oversee company fleet across all branches Track vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance Coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance Monitor vehicle condition, cleanliness, and readiness Manage fleet asset tracking and reporting Control fuel usage accountability and reporting Systems & Accountability Implement inventory best practices and process improvements Maintain reporting dashboards for leadership Train technicians and staff on inventory standards Ensure company SOPs are followed daily — not occasionally Identify inefficiencies and drive solutions What Success Looks Like Inventory accuracy consistently above 95% Reduced parts loss and write-offs Organized warehouses and vans Technicians have what they need when they need it Fleet downtime minimized Systems run without leadership chasing problems Requirements 3+ years inventory, warehouse, fleet, or operations management experience Strong organizational and leadership skills High attention to detail Comfortable enforcing standards and accountability Experience with inventory software or ERP systems preferred Mechanical or service industry experience is a plus Valid driver’s license Who This Role Is For Process-driven leaders Problem solvers who take ownership Organized operators who hate chaos Self-starters who don’t need micromanagement Who This Role Is NOT For Clock watchers Excuse makers People uncomfortable holding standards Passive managers Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $65,000 – $85,000+ (based on experience) Performance bonus opportunities Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Health benefits Paid time off Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Why Pro-Serv We are not building an average company. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Warehouse Specialist: $18 per hour. Pay commensurate with experience. Warehouse Specialist Responsibilities Include: <ul><li>Performs a full range of warehousing activities, to include, but not limited to the management of combat gear and equipment (Personal Gear Issue/PGI) material, receiving, storing, issuing, reconstitution, sewing/tailoring (as required by location), inventorying and shipping bulk and individual PGI materials and equipment.</li><li>Conducts accurate packing and shipping of material.</li><li>Receives and fills customer orders.</li><li>Picks merchandise from warehouse shelves, packs merchandise, checks packed merchandise against orders for accuracy, and keeps track of inventory and shipments.</li><li>Loads and unloads materials and products as needed.</li><li>Organizes inventory as outlined in the warehouse inventory procedures.</li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul> Warehouse Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: <ul><li>Two-year experience in performing warehouse duties, such as packing, shipping, receiving, filling customer orders, picking merchandise from warehouse shelves, packing merchandise, checking packed merchandise against orders for accuracy, and keeping track of inventory and shipments. </li><li>Understanding of inventory control systems.</li><li>Managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to meet physical requirements, such as lifting up to 30 lbs, bending and standing for long periods of time.</li><li>Ability to operate a variety of tools.</li><li>Experience using warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and handcarts.</li><li>Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines and practices.</li><li>Proven knowledge of using Warehouse Management System for inventory management and control.</li><li>Proven knowledge of managing workload for multiple warehouse operations.</li><li>Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.</li></ul> Company Information: Cherokee Nation Government Solutions (CNGS) is a part of Cherokee Federal - the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
