The CFO will serve as a strategic partner to ownership, helping guide financial decisions, capital strategy, and long-term growth. This individual will build and lead the accounting/finance function, while also playing a critical role in capital raising, lender relationships, and investment strategy.This is an ideal opportunity for a high-performing, entrepreneurial finance leader who thrives in a growth environment and enjoys building teams and systems from the ground up.RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Build, lead, and develop the accounting and finance team, establishing scalable processes and strong internal controls.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of financial management, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow strategy.</li><li>Lead debt structuring and financing strategies, optimizing capital stack and securing favorable lending terms.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact with banks, lenders, and financial institutions.</li><li>Partner with leadership on capital raising efforts, including investor communications and presentations.</li><li>Provide financial insight and strategic guidance for real estate investments, including multi-family, portable housing, and related assets.</li><li>Support acquisition and growth initiatives through financial modeling and due diligence.</li><li>Build a high-performing, self-governing team culture—empowering leaders without micromanagement.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a high-growth environment.</li><li>Strong background in real estate, private equity, or investment-focused businesses.</li><li>Deep understanding of debt structuring, capital markets, and financing strategies.</li><li>Demonstrated success in raising capital and managing investor relationships.</li><li>Experience negotiating with lenders and securing optimal financing terms.</li><li>Track record of building and leading accounting/finance teams.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to operate both hands-on and at a high level.</li><li>Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution.</li></ul>
