Services Overview / Objective The purpose of this Statement of Work ( "SOW”) is to engage a contractor to provide application system administration services in support of manufacturing, laboratory, and automation systems.
System Administrator Creatio EMEA LTDSystem AdministratorBoston, MAStrong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Office 365.Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, ESET, Exchange 2019, and Microsoft 365.Familiarity with network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
