The School System Manager will design and deliver monthly professional development sessions, provide embedded coaching to school-based teams, facilitate cross-district Learning Communities, and support the development of sustainable systems for identifying and serving students with behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health needs. Experience with suicide prevention training programs (QPR, SafeTALK, ASIST, Youth MHFA, or Teen MHFA) and familiarity with 988 crisis systems, 211 referral infrastructure, or crisis intervention models is preferred.
